Placing an Order
Orders may be placed via phone, or website. To place a phone order, call 1-(888) 835-7123
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time,
Messages left at that number on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be answered on the following Monday. You can also email order inquiries to Info@ScenicGear.com, subject line “Order Inquiry”.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please contact us if you wish to pay by check or money order. (Checks must clear prior to shipping).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Written quotes are gladly provided and will be valid for thirty (30) days.
Restocking charges may be incurred on any custom orders already in progress when cancellation occurs. Fees will be charged based on the stage of completion.
All ScenicGear.com products are shipped FOB Frankfort, Illinois via UPS Ground. Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday. Actual shipping cost will be added to your order. Requests for special handling or expedited freight may incur a surcharge.
All returned items must be labeled with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipped freight prepaid. Any product received without an RA# will be refused. All returns must be received by Scenic Gear within 30 days of issuance of the RA# and are subject to inspection. Unless approved as a warranty replacement, all returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. To receive credit for a product upon return, it must be in resalable condition.
Custom fabricated products may not be returned.
Errors and Omissions
All products are subject to rigorous quality control prior to shipping, making discrepancies and errors infrequent. However, should a problem occur, it must be reported to Customer Service within three weeks of receipt of the order.
A product found to be defective due to material or workmanship within one year will be replaced or repaired following product evaluation. This warranty does not include misuse or neglect of the product.
Scenic Gear is NOT responsible for any product that is not used as intended or installed in a manner different than described in our user instructions. Scenic Gear is not responsible for the performance of or misuse of third party products such as Stoves and Water jugs. All third party product warranties are the responsibility of those manufacturers.
